Pankaj Khurana

Pankaj Khurana has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Pankaj started their career at R-TeC Systems (I) Pvt. Ltd. in 2006 as a Team Coach, where they worked until 2008. Pankaj then moved on to Respondez, where they served as a Team Lead from 2008 to 2015. At Respondez, they managed a team of 25 agents, ensured targets were met, and handled supervisory and escalation calls. Pankaj also worked with internal and overseas departments to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. In 2015, they joined ExpertSource Global Services Pvt. Ltd. as a Team Leader, where they managed a team of 20 outbound and inbound executives. Pankaj was responsible for achieving targets within timelines and streamlining processes to maximize customer satisfaction. Finally, in 2016, they joined Infojini Inc as an Account Manager.
