Yashonika Rajadurai

Yashonika Rajadurai is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Team Lead at Infomate (Pvt) Ltd under John Keells Holdings since August 2022, after advancing from a Senior Executive role. Prior experience includes positions as a Human Resources Executive at OrionStellar Data Center Solutions from July 2021 to August 2022, and at TeKnowledge Inc from July 2019 to July 2021, where Yashonika also held the title of Junior Executive Human Resources. The career began as an HR Trainee at JAYKAY MARKETING SERVICES (PVT.) LIMITED in early 2017. Yashonika holds an MSc in Human Resources Development from The University of Salford, a BBA in Business Administration from Birmingham City University, an Advanced Certificate in Human Resources Management Law from the University of Colombo, and a Professional Qualification in Human Resources from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM). The educational background also includes a high school diploma in Biology from Methodist College.
