Nadia Elghor

Nadia El-Ghor currently serves as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Infomineo since March 2023. Previously, from April 2020 to February 2023, Nadia held the position of Head of Tech HR for Africa at Jumia Group, where significant achievements included the launch of Jumia Tech Centers across the continent and expanding the Egypt Tech Center's headcount from 20 to 200 within 18 months. Nadia also contributed as Group Head of People Development at Jumia, designing various employee development programs and redefining appraisal processes. Prior HR roles within Jumia Egypt involved managing a large workforce and overseeing HR operations. Additional experience includes a position as Operations Manager at Blue for Technology & Investments and financial analysis at ALEXBANK. Nadia holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics and Political Sciences.
