Ajai Mehrotra

Ajai Mehrotra has extensive experience in the field of human resources, spanning over several years. Ajai is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Unlock OKR since 2020. Prior to this, they held the same position at Compunnel Software Group, Inc. and Infopro Learning, Inc. dating back to 2010. From 2005 to 2010, Ajai Mehrotra was the Head of Corporate HR & Facilities at Diginatives Content Solutions Pvt Ltd. Before that, they worked as a Senior Manager in HRD at InfoPro India Pvt Limited from 2004 to 2005. Ajai also served as a Senior Manager in Human Resources at Netcradle India (P) Ltd. & Majestic Park Plaza from 2001 to 2004. Ajai'searlier experience includes roles at Jetair Limited as Assistant Manager in Human Resources from 2000 to 2001, at UPS - Elbee Services Limited as Assistant Manager in Human Resources from 1997 to 2000, and at Odin Computers (I) Limited as an Executive in Human Resources from 1994 to 1997.

Ajai Mehrotra attended St. Pauls School in Shahjahanpur from 1975 to 1986, where they completed their high school education with a focus on the sciences. From 1986 to 1988, they attended Kendriya Vidyalaya and obtained their AISSCE degree with a non-medical field of study. Ajai then enrolled at Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University from 1989 to 1992, where they pursued a B.Sc. degree with a major in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Following that, from 1992 to 1994, Ajai attended the Institute of Engineering & Rural Technology in Allahabad, where they obtained a PGPM & IR degree with a specialization in HR, IR, and Training.
