Shikha Narang (she/her/hers)

Shikha Narang is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in learning design and instructional development. Currently serving as a Sr. Learning Experience Architect at Infopro Learning, Inc. since January 2021, Shikha previously worked as a Sr. Analyst - Learning Designer for a contract at HPE, focusing on the Technology-Enabled Learning (TEL) project at Nanyang Technological University. Shikha’s earlier roles include significant contributions at Liqvid eLearning Services Pvt Ltd, where responsibilities ranged from leading instructional design projects for prestigious clients like Manipal University and ICICI Bank, to developing marketing strategies and managing virtual training events. Earlier experience includes coaching and customer service roles at HCL BPO. Shikha holds a PGDBA in Finance and HR from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, completed in 2010.
