Mahitha Madireddy

Mahitha Madireddy is a seasoned proposal and bid manager with extensive experience in managing stakeholder expectations and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) at Infor since July 2022. In this role, Mahitha leads the development of strategic proposals for cloud and SaaS solutions across various ERP products, particularly for the healthcare, manufacturing, and distribution sectors. Prior to Infor, Mahitha served as a Bid Manager and Business Development Manager at Tech Mahindra, focusing on service delivery for Google and engaging in architectural discussions for digital transformation solutions. Mahitha's career began with Tata Consultancy Services as a Management Trainee and intern, following a PGDM in marketing and finance from the Institute of Public Enterprise and a B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Bhojreddy Engineering College for Women.
