Matt Winckless

Matthew Winckless serves as the Chief Technology Officer for both Ciptex and One Payment Cloud since April 2021. In addition, Winckless operates Winckless Consulting Service Ltd and has been the owner of Stay in the Heart of since January 2008. Winckless has over two decades of consultancy experience, notably as a Unified Communications and digital fundraising Consultant for RNIB and a Technical Consultant for the British Antarctic Survey. Acting as a VoIP and Unified Communications Lecturer for IIR Middle East, Winckless also contributes as a Contact Centre Consultant for Marsh McLennan. Previous roles include IT Management Consultant at Southbank Centre and IT Strategy Consultant for RNID. Winckless holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering from the University of Brighton, obtained between 1992 and 1996.
