Charlie Rennick

Charles Rennick serves as the Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Informa TechTarget since January 2017, providing comprehensive legal guidance on the company's operations, including SEC filings and compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, while also overseeing international operations related to data privacy laws. Prior to this role, Charles held various legal positions at Providence and Worcester Railroad Company from 2012 to 2016, including Secretary and General Counsel, where responsibilities encompassed contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, and legal representation in disputes. Charles also served as Legal Counsel at MassDOT from 2007 to 2012, advising on legal matters across multiple divisions, and began the legal career as a Law Clerk at the Executive Office of Transportation & Public Works and RAIPHER, P.C. Charles holds a J.D. from New England Law | Boston and a B.A. in History from the University of Arizona.
