Nico Spyrou

Nico Spyrou is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the aviation and travel industries. Currently serving as the Head of Future Hosts at Informa since January 2023, Nico's prior roles include Head of Marketing & Communications at Emirates Group and Head of Marketing at Manchester Airport, where the marketing team achieved multiple awards, including the Best UK Airport accolade at Travel Weekly’s Globe Awards from 2016 to 2019. With a solid foundation in account management and marketing strategy, Nico has also held positions at Capture, STA Travel, and Liverpool Business School, where an MBA was completed, complemented by a BA (Hons) in International Journalism from Liverpool John Moores University.
