Rebecca Roser

Rebecca Roser is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience in Oracle-based software design and implementation, currently serving as a Senior Oracle Developer at Information Delivery Systems, Inc since February 2013. Previous roles include leading an Agile team at CACI International Inc to enhance HR automation for the Department of State and developing software solutions for the USAF and ATSC using ColdFusion and Oracle 10g. With a foundational background in web development from earlier positions at TCAssociates, IPMA-HR, and the National Mental Health Association, Rebecca holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and French from Roanoke College and The George Washington University.
