Kathy Hillman-Weir

Kathy Hillman-Weir, K.C., ICD.D, serves as the Executive Vice-President, Chief Corporate Officer, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Information Services Corporation ISC since December 2008. Previously held roles at ISC include Vice-President, Corporate Affairs, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary, as well as General Manager, Corporate Governance. Prior experience includes positions as Director of Corporate Governance and General Counsel, and Director of Registries, Registrar and Master of Titles at ISC from 2000 to 2008. Kathy's earlier tenure with the Government of Saskatchewan spanned from 1990 to 2000 and included roles such as Master of Titles, Special Assistant to the Deputy Minister of Justice, and Legislative Crown Counsel. Kathy Hillman-Weir holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan and an ICD.D in Board Governance from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
