Lynn Hnatick

Lynn Hnatick is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at Information Services Corporation ISC since 2017, Lynn manages the delivery of legal services and provides strategic legal advice to safeguard the organization’s interests. Prior roles include Senior Legal Counsel, with a focus on corporate finance and securities, and a partnership at MLT Aikins LLP, one of Western Canada’s largest law firms. Additionally, Lynn has contributed as a Director for the St. Thomas More Lawyers' Guild of Saskatoon Inc. and the Greater Saskatoon Chamber of Commerce, showcasing leadership across various sectors. Lynn holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Saskatchewan.
