Lynnette Singleton Russell

Lynnette Singleton Russell is the Controller at ITI, where she leads ITI’s operating budgets, including overseeing financial reporting and performing essential duties relating to payroll.

Russell is a senior executive with 25+ years of experience in both public and non-profit sectors with a proven track record of corporate finance skills in transactional execution, analytics, and problem-solving to enhance employer growth and success in complex environments. She previously was a project control specialist at Orano USA, based in Maryland where they lead decommissioning services of shutdown nuclear energy facilities, and transportation of nuclear and radioactive waste. She provided financial management and monitored cash flow for various projects.

Prior to her time at Orano, Russell was the Vice President of Finance at the Air Conditioning Contractors of America, in Arlington, Virginia trade association representing independent heating and air conditioning contractors for 14 years. There she managed finances, prepared monthly financials, and preformed annual audits of the association.

Before ACCA, she was in Washington, DC working for National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and The Soap and Detergent Association.

Russell graduated from Hampton University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
