Dr. Anxo Cereijo Roibas is a User Research Programme Lead for Borders & Trade at HM Revenue & Customs since March 2022, concurrently serving as an undergraduate tutor in software design and engineering at the University of Oxford since October 2021. With extensive experience in user research, Dr. Cereijo Roibas has held roles such as Lead User Researcher at Informed Solutions for the Joint Air Quality Unit and the UK Health Security Agency’s COVID-19 Dashboard, among others. Prior positions include leading user research for the National Retraining Scheme Service and serving as a Senior User Researcher at both the Department for International Trade and the UK Home Office, where strategic roadmaps and user-centric designs were developed. Dr. Cereijo Roibas holds a PhD in Communication Design from Politecnico di Milano and multiple degrees in design and engineering, showcasing a strong foundation in interdisciplinary collaboration and user-centered methodologies.
