Gwen Fraley

Gwen Fraley is a Board-certified Genetic Counselor since 2005. She holds an MS in Genetic Counseling Mount Sinai School of Medicine and a BA in Biology from the University of Oregon. Previously, Gwen was a former genetic counselor at Oregon Health and Sciences University; Evanston Hospital Fetal Diagnostic Center; Perinatal Center at Doernbecher Children’s Hospital; Mount Sinai Medical Center; Southwest Washington Medical Center; and Salem Hospital.
