Shanthala Baleger

Shanthala Baleger has an extensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Most recently, they worked at Info Services as the Director of Engineering starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Engineering Manager at Playin from November 2018 to April 2021.

Before joining Playin, Shanthala worked at State Farm® for a significant period. Shanthala's career began at HTC Global Services, where they worked as a Senior IT Developer from February 1999 to September 2004. During their time at HTC Global Services, they held various positions including Lead Developer and Technical Designer. Shanthala left HTC Global Services to pursue new opportunities and broaden their experience.

Before joining HTC Global Services, Shanthala worked as a Product Engineer at Oracle from November 1997 to December 1998. Shanthala started their career as a Software Engineer at Infosys, specifically working with Apple Inc., from February 1995 to November 1997.
