Debjit Basu possesses a diverse background in human resources and talent acquisition, with a progressive career spanning roles at Infosys and Cognizant Technology Solutions. At Infosys, Debjit served as Regional Manager and Manager in the People and Culture department, as well as Senior Lead in Human Resources. Previously, at Cognizant Technology Solutions, Debjit held the position of Lead Talent Acquisition Business Partner for Fusion Middleware India and SAP HCLS, in addition to being involved in HR Operations within the People Connect Group. Early experience includes an internship at Steel Authority of India Limited, focusing on Brain Drive Mapping and Behavioural Modification techniques.
