Jeff Caughell

Jeff Caughell is Chief of Staff at Info-Tech Research Group and works with the operational side of the business to complete projects and optimize core processes.

Jeff joined the company in 2000 and prides himself on identifying and solving problems by drawing on his deep understanding of the company’s many divisions. He has held many positions during his time at Info-Tech including sales rep, sales manager, and business analyst in IT. He also led the marketing department and started the sales operations department from scratch.

He leverages his extensive expertise to prioritize, manage, and execute on strategic initiatives that intersect between the IT department, Sales, and the sales operations team.

Jeff is a dynamic speaker and is known for often leading the charge on new initiatives and aggressive goals for the company.
