Jim Dunlavey

Jim Dunlavey has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Jim is currently the VP of Customer Success at Info-Tech Research Group, a position they started in 2021. Prior to that, they held the same role at Seamless.AI from 2020 to 2021.

From 2010 to 2018, Jim worked at Gartner, where they held several leadership positions. Jim served as the Vice President of Product and Innovation from 2016 to 2018, driving the growth and expansion of the company's High-Tech industries SaaS portfolio. Jim also held the position of Vice President of Portfolio Development from 2012 to 2016 and Senior Director of Product Development from 2010 to 2012.

Before Gartner, Jim worked at Class Advocate LLC as the Managing Director and CTO from 2008 to 2010. Jim also had a successful stint at RegsData (acquired by ISO) from 2005 to 2008, where they served as the Vice President and later as the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer.

In 2003, Jim joined Clayton Holdings LLC, where they held various roles, including Vice President of Product Development and Client Success from 2004 to 2005 and Vice President of Product Delivery and Support from 2003 to 2004.

Jim's career began at Diamond Management & Technology Consultants in 1999, where they worked as a Senior Principal and later as a Principal. Prior to that, they were a Founding Member and Principal Consultant at Viant, Inc. from 1996 to 1999.

Jim started their professional journey at Seer Technologies Inc. in 1991, where they held roles as a Senior Technology Consultant/SME, Director of Software Quality Assurance, and Software Quality Assurance Analyst.

Jim Dunlavey received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The Citadel.
