Heena Sood

Heena Sood is a Quality Assurance Tester at Infotools since May 2019, bringing extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance. Previously, Heena Sood served as a Senior Quality Engineer at CresTech Software Systems Pvt. Ltd., focusing on projects for the Boston Consulting Group, and held the position of Senior Software Tester at Tk20, Inc. from February 2014 to March 2017. Heena Sood also gained early experience as a Customer Sales Representative at Vodafone. Educational qualifications include a Post-Graduation Diploma in Information Technology, Software Development from the Auckland Institute of Studies in 2019, and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Technology from the ICL Institute of Engineering & Technology, completed in 2012.
