Jim Cabral has an extensive background in court technology, information systems, and network administration. Jim has served in various positions at different companies and organizations, including InfoTrack US, OASIS, National Center for State Courts, IJIS Institute, and MTG Management Consultants. With a strong focus on developing partnerships in the legal and court services industries, Jim has contributed to the development of national XML standards for electronic court filing, best practices for court technology components, and remote and virtual hearings. Jim holds a Ph.C. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington, along with a MSEE and BSEE from the same university and a double major in Biomedical/Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
