Kelly Murphy has extensive experience in customer support and nonprofit leadership. Currently serving as a Priority Customer Support Representative and previously as a Customer Support Specialist at InfoTrack US since October 2021, Kelly possesses a strong background in managing customer inquiries and satisfaction. Prior roles include Key Accounts Specialist at True North Gear®, where responsibilities encompassed product delivery and account management for significant clients from April 2014 to October 2019. Kelly also founded and led Project Jason, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting families of missing persons, from October 2003 to October 2018, overseeing all aspects of development and outreach. Earlier career experience at Telvent DTN included managerial roles in professional services and technical support, focusing on customer satisfaction and team leadership from April 2000 to February 2013.
