Joselyn Solis

Joselyn Solis is an accomplished professional in operations and account management with extensive experience in the customer service industry. Currently serving as the LATAM Operations Manager at Infotree Global Solutions since June 2022, Joselyn also holds the position of Account Manager at Sitel Group since July 2021. Previously, Joselyn worked at SYKES Costa Rica from October 2014 to June 2022, progressing through roles including Account Manager, Account Supervisor, and Quality Assurance Supervisor, culminating in the role of Team Manager. Joselyn is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering at Universidad Americana (CR), expected to be completed in 2024.
