Huai Kai

Huai Kai has had a varied work experience since 2014. Huai began their career as a Retail Cashier at Food Lion, where they were promoted to Customer Service Lead. In 2016, they became the Vice President of Youth Ministry and Secretary of Youth Ministry at SIZANG BURMESE MISSION CHURCH, where they helped the president of the youth ministry prepare agendas for meetings and took the minutes at the meetings. In 2018, they were an Inspector at Lonza. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Human Resources Assistant and Human Resources Intern at Infotrend Inc, where they helped government agencies modernize, digitize and innovate.

Huai Kai attended Frederick High School from 2010 to 2014, where they received their High School Diploma. Huai then attended Frederick Community College from 2015 to 2018. Huai Kai has also obtained several certifications, including Human Resources: Payroll from LinkedIn in February 2022, Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn in November 2021, Human Resources Foundations from LinkedIn in August 2021, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021.
