Lisa Wilms

Lisa Wilms has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Lisa started their career in 2005 as the Philanthropy Chair and Judicial Board Member at Phi Sigma Sigma. In 2009, they interned as a PR Intern at BRIDGES for a Just Community, organizing events and assisting with fundraising. During the same year, they also served as the Treasurer at NKU PRSSA.

In 2011, Lisa worked as a Fraud Detection Specialist at Vantiv, where they performed account reviews, responded to inquiries, and processed requests. Lisa also created newsletters and worked in a team environment.

From 2012 to 2013, Lisa was the Office Manager and Marketing Representative at Agency Services Consolidated and NCompass RV. Their responsibilities included report development, website management, social media maintenance, and coordinating training events.

In 2013, Lisa joined Gus Perdikakis Associates Inc as a Recruiting Assistant and later became a Recruiter. Lisa provided administrative support, collaborated with external PR firms, and managed a computer database.

Lisa's most recent role, starting in 2016, was at InfoTrust. Lisa began as the Operations and Talent Acquisition Manager and later became the Head of Talent Acquisition. Their responsibilities included leading a team of recruiters and coordinators, managing vendor relationships, strategizing, sourcing, conducting interviews, and creating marketing content.
