Nanaiah Medura

Nanaiah Medura is the Head of Retail, South at Infra.Market. He drives Ready Mix Concrete, Aggregates, and other allied products for the retail business in South India.

Having more than two decades of wide experience as an engineer, Nanaiah steers the business plans proficiently with a deep understanding of the sector. He is an expert in Construction, Equipment and Building Materials industry which enables him to seamlessly chart growth plans for the organization, keeping the end-users in mind. He also played an instrumental role in imparting successful greenfield plants across South India along with recruiting and training people for various functions.

Nanaiah is a Mechanical Engineer, who has worked for companies including Prism Johnson and RDC Concrete, amongst others. He has contributed to multiple functions in running commercial & captive RMC businesses. He has also navigated the P&L of eight commercial and three captive Ready-mix plants for a vast tenure of over 10 years.

Nanaiah has extensive expertise in managing a business in all the phases of the business cycle including start-up, growth, challenging, and stable phases.
