Ramesh Raina

Ramesh Raina is the President of Steel & Metals at Infra.Market. He is responsible for driving the organization's transformation program and spearheading the Steel & Metal department across India and globally.

Ramesh is an industry veteran with over four decades of experience and knowledge of the functioning and operations of the Steel industry. His profound industry knowledge of demand and supply dynamics has enabled him to transform organizations. Under his leadership, Infra.Market has executed successful and noteworthy projects for various established clients. Additionally, he oversees the organization's financing strategies, including operational structure and client relations.

Having a deep understanding of the demand-supply dynamics of the Steel & Metals sector, over the past years, he held leadership positions at Electrosteels, Jindal Steel & Power, and Issar, amongst other establishments. He drove sales and marketing of products on a global scale and has piloted the retail steel business transforming the growth chart. He has served at different capacities and worked extensively towards expanding and augmenting the business across North America for Essar and Africa for ISPAT industries.

Ramesh holds an Engineering degree from Punjab College of Engineering. He is a sports enthusiast and was regularly involved in extracurricular activities like cricket, table tennis, and chess during his school and college days.
