Luca Vacca

Luca Vacca's work experience includes serving as the Director of Information Technology at Infra Pipe Solutions since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at McKeil Marine Limited as an IT Manager from 2017 to 2022, where they managed a department and transitioned the infrastructure to a hybrid cloud environment. Earlier, they were an IT Specialist at Indigo from 2015 to 2017, where they developed and supported retail systems. Luca also worked at the Toronto 2015 Pan/Parapan American Games Organizing Committee as a Service Desk Support Analyst and Sharepoint Administrator from 2013 to 2015. Before that, they gained experience as a Junior Web Developer at FanCrank Inc. in 2012.

Luca Vacca completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Information Technology from York University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Luca also obtained the certification in ITIL Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in March 2018.
