Jairaj Jaisankar

Jairaj Jaisankar has been working in the tech industry since 2016. Jairaj began their career at Genesys as a Software Developer and later moved up to Senior Software Engineer. In this role, they worked with deploying Genesys Designer and DAS as a Microservice in AWS cloud, developed a monitoring system using Prometheus and Grafana, and worked on Kubernetes-based Genesys Designer and DAS Microservice deployments in Multi-clouds. In 2021, they joined InfraCloud Technologies as a Site Reliability Engineer and was later promoted to Senior Site Reliability Engineer.

Jairaj Jaisankar obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Anna University in 2016. Jairaj also holds a HDCA certification from the Computer Software College.
