Karina Vásquez has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Karina currently works as a Customer Success Manager for Infraspeak since 2022, where they oversee customer success in Brazil and Latin America. Prior to this, they were a Customer Success Manager and Onboarding Manager for Auvo Tecnologia from 2020 to 2022. In these roles, they implemented new projects and strategies, focused on international customers in Latin America, and managed the onboarding process for new customers.

Before joining Auvo Tecnologia, Karina worked at Involves from 2017 to 2020, where they held various roles, including International Customer Success Consultant and International Customer Experience Support. Karina empowered customers using the Involves Stage software and implemented projects and strategies for international customers in Latin America, Spain, and Portugal.

Karina also has experience in the field of human resources. Karina worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Fundación Universitaria Panamericana from 2014 to 2015 and as a Human Resources Generalist at Marriott Hotels from 2013 to 2014. Additionally, they gained experience through a Human Resources Internship at Open Market: The Best Logistics Team from 2010 to 2011.

Karina Vásquez obtained a degree in Psychology from the Universidad Católica de Colombia between the years 2005 and 2010. In 2011 to 2013, they attended The London School of English to pursue General English studies. Later, in 2014, Karina completed a course in Ergonomics as a Disciplina Isolada from the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. In December 2020, they obtained a certification in Product Management from Udemy and in July 2020, they also obtained a certification in UX & Design Thinking. Experiência do Usuário nos Negócios from Udemy Brasil. Additionally, Karina has an ongoing certification in UX Research at Scale: Surveys, Analytics, Online Testing from Coursera. Lastly, they are currently pursuing a degree in Designer UX from UX Unicórnio, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
