Jeff Morales

Jeff Morales is the Managing Principal at InfraStrategies LLC since 2018, leading the development and management of transportation and infrastructure programs. Previously, Jeff served as Chief Executive Officer of the California High-Speed Rail Authority from 2012 to 2017, managing the nation's first high-speed rail system. Jeff held the position of Senior Vice President at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff between 2004 and 2012, where responsibilities included strategic initiatives and government relations. Earlier roles include Director at Caltrans, Executive Vice President at the Chicago Transit Authority, and Senior Staff Member for the National Performance Review under Vice President Al Gore. Jeff's career also includes significant positions in the U.S. Department of Transportation and with U.S. Senator Frank Lautenberg. Jeff earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology from The George Washington University.
