Suzanne Crouch ChPP FAPM has a diverse and extensive work experience. Suzanne currently holds the position of Project Director at National Grid since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a High Risk Project Reviewer at the Infrastructure and Projects Authority (IPA) starting in 2021. In 2022, they served as a Co-opted Infrastructure Committee member at Canal & River Trust. From 2020 to 2023, they worked as a Project Director at the Department for Education. Before that, they held multiple roles at High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd, including Head of Programme Interface from 2015 to 2020 and Programme Manager from 2013 to 2015. Suzanne also worked at the Department for Transport (DfT), United Kingdom as a Senior Project Manager on secondment to the High Speed Rail (HSR) Group in 2013. Suzanne Crouch started their career at Barnet Council in 2006, where they held the positions of Project Manager from 2010 to 2013 and Information Manager from 2006 to 2010. Suzanne has valuable experience in project management, procurement, policy development, and data control.
Suzanne Crouch ChPP FAPM completed their education in two stages. From 1993 to 1997, they attended the University of Hertfordshire and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Cognitive Science. Suzanne then pursued further education in the field of Design, completing a Higher National Diploma (HND) at Barnet College from 2003 to 2004. Additionally, Suzanne obtained the certification of APM Fellow from the Association for Project Management in March 2021.
