Haluk Çakır

Haluk Çakır, PE, ENV SP is currently serving as a Design Team Lead and Project Manager at Infrastructure Engineering, Inc. Previously, Haluk worked as a Senior Civil Engineer at Milhouse Engineering and Construction, Inc., a Civil Engineer at Parsons Corporation, and Civil Engineer at DY Consultants. Haluk also has experience as a Technical Supervisor at Freyssinet and as a Senior Site Engineer at Freysaş Freyssinet. Haluk holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi and has pursued further education at The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
