Mark Buwen

Mark Buwen is a seasoned professional in transportation project management, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Infrastructure Engineering, Inc. since October 2021. With extensive experience in managing Federal-aid and MFT Phase I and Phase II design engineering projects, responsibilities include business development, client outreach, contract management, and quality assurance. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Horner & Shifrin, Inc. and Project Manager at Bowman Consulting, along with significant tenure at AECOM and the Illinois Department of Transportation. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in General Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, obtained in 1991.
