Avril Perez

Avril Perez is an accomplished procurement professional with extensive experience in international development and finance. As Procurement Director at Infrastructure Ontario since November 2019, Avril has held various procurement positions including Manager and Specialist. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Pricing Officer at Pact, where Avril managed complex cost proposals for international projects, achieving significant new business revenue. At the Inter-American Development Bank, Avril contributed as a Financial Inclusion Consultant, focusing on inclusive financial initiatives in Latin America, and as a Venture Capital Research Fellow, conducting research on the VC industry in the region. Avril's educational background includes an MBA in Finance and Global Business and a B.A. in Political Science and International Relations, both from Clark University.
