Rodrigo Marcellino

Rodrigo Marcellino, MBA, is an experienced project manager with a strong background in civil engineering and project management across various sectors. Since March 2017, Rodrigo has served as Senior Project Manager at Infrastructure Ontario, overseeing the transaction and implementation phases of GO Expansion Rail Transit Projects in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. Prior to this role, Rodrigo was a Project Manager at The Byng Group, managing residential suite renovations for the Toronto Community Housing Company. Rodrigo’s experience also includes managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects in Brazil and internationally with Mills Estruturas e Serviços de Engenharia S.A. and earlier roles in project coordination and civil engineering. Rodrigo holds an MBA in Business and Economics from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a B.Eng. in Civil Engineering from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
