Zaeem Ahmed

Zaeem Ahmed, CFA, currently serves as the Transaction Structuring Manager at Infrastructure Ontario since February 2022. With extensive experience in structured finance, Zaeem spent over a decade at Samba Financial Group, where responsibilities included originating, structuring, and executing financing deals for project finance and real estate as Division Head. Previously, Zaeem held the position of VP, Corporate Finance at Samba, managing corporate finance transactions. Additional roles include Assistant Vice President at Citigroup, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets, and earlier positions at Citigroup and KASB Group in corporate finance and investment banking. Zaeem holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation and completed an MBA and a BBA with a focus on finance from the Institute of Business Administration in Karachi.
