Sam Al - Jamal

Sam Al-Jamal is a highly experienced individual, currently serving as the Vice President at Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering, LLC. Prior to this role, Sam worked as an Office Manager at The LPA Group/LPACIFIC Group Inc and gained experience as a Research Assistant/Teaching Assistant at the University of Tennessee. Sam's background also includes serving as a Construction Engineer at Rsheed & Associates. Sam holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of South Carolina and a MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
