Astrid Jeffrey

Astrid Jeffrey has over 25 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Their most recent position was as Director - Business Excellence Lead at Infront starting in March 2022. Prior to that, they held roles such as Operations Manager at J.P. Morgan, Project Leader at Social Business Women e.V, and Operational Excellence Director at Barclays Commercial. Throughout their career, Astrid has demonstrated expertise in process improvement, project management, and business initiatives.

Astrid Jeffrey completed their MSc in European Studies (Economics & Politics) part-time at The London School of Economics and Political Science from 1993 to 1995. Prior to that, they obtained a Maitrise in International Business with specialisation in International Transport from Université de Haute-Alsace Mulhouse-Colmar, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. In addition to their degrees, Astrid has also earned certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in 2022 and Certified Master Black Belt (MBB) and Quality Leader Certification from GE Capital in 2005.
