Larry Vaughn

Larry Vaughn has extensive experience in finance and accounting roles, primarily as a CFO or consultant. Larry most recently served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer for Silicon Catalyst since June 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Acting CFO at Motivo, Inc. and acted as a Finance and Accounting Consultant at Infrrd, JH Technologies, Inc., and The Miller Law Firm. Larry also served as the CFO for v2 Lighting Group, Inc. from July 2013 to May 2019. Additionally, Larry held the position of Acting CFO at Roving Networks (formerly G2 Microsystems Pty Ltd) and Mertado, Inc. Larry has also served as the CFO for Calypto Design Systems and Xpedion Design Systems, Inc. throughout their career.

Larry Vaughn earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from San Jose State University, which they attended from 1983 to 1988. Larry later pursued an MBA with a concentration in Finance at the same university from 1988 to 1989.
