Mihaela has a strong background in coordinating recruitment projects, team development, client management, and conducting recruitment processes for IT and Engineering projects. Mihaela also has experience in project coordination at EuroEst Youth Foundation and holds a Master's degree in Evaluation of European Public Policies and Programmes.
