Mariette Haloua

Mariette Haloua serves as the Head of Corporate Legal Affairs at ING since September 2021. Prior to this role, Mariette Haloua held the position of General Counsel and Company Secretary at Dynamic Credit from May 2018 to July 2021, contributing to an innovative asset management firm. Mariette Haloua's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Associate in Corporate and Finance at Rutgers & Posch and as a Foreign Legal Consultant at McCarthy Tétrault, specializing in various finance transactions. Mariette Haloua's legal career began as an Associate in Banking and Finance at Allen & Overy. Academically, Mariette Haloua holds an LL.M in International Trade and Investment Law and an LL.B from the University of Amsterdam, complemented by an exchange program at York University - Osgoode Hall Law School.
