Caroline Francis

Caroline Francis has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Caroline began their career in 1998 as a Software Developer at PKWARE, where they maintained Server and Desktop applications, wrote Design documents, and authored Installations using InstallShield. Caroline then moved on to become a Quality Assurance Lead and Manager of Quality Assurance at the same company. In 2013, they joined Jenzabar as a QA Lead and QA Manager, where they managed a team of 20 people, did test case development, coordinated beta tests, provided support for the Implementation team, and occasionally visited customer sites for onsite support. In 2017, Caroline joined Thrive Impact Sourcing as a Sr Consultant/Huddle Lead, where they paired new talent with senior professionals in small huddles to foster their success while executing services with both an outsourced and insourced delivery model. Most recently, they have been a Managing Consultant at Ingage Partners since 2019, where they support technology innovators by designing, building, and delivering quality software solutions.

Caroline Francis obtained their BS in Mathematics with a field of study in Mathematics and Computer Programming from Penn State University between 1994 and 1997. In August 2017, they were awarded the Certified Tester, Foundation Level (CTFL) certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board. In June 2018, they were awarded the OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA) certification from Hyland.
