Matt Propeck

Matt Propeck serves as the Regional Sales Manager for Ingenia Polymers, overseeing operations in the western US and Canada since June 2023. Prior to this role, Matt spent nearly a decade at Avient Corp.-Color Matrix as a Senior Account Manager, where management of a $19M territory and over 80 active accounts led to significant growth through effective sales and marketing strategies. Earlier experience includes an Account Executive position at Consolidated Design West, where Matt managed packaging distribution solutions, and as a Sales Representative at Ernest Paper Products, focusing on stock and custom packaging as well as janitorial supplies. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, earned between 1989 and 1991.
