Elaine Burks

Elaine Burks has a strong background in the payments industry, with extensive experience in sales, business development, and global account management. Elaine is currently working as the Global Accounts Director at Ingenico Group, where they are responsible for managing global accounts. Prior to this, they worked at Verifone as the Global Relationships Manager, overseeing global relationships and partnerships. Before joining Verifone, they worked at Chartwell Compliance in a business development role.

Earlier in their career, Elaine held various leadership positions at First Data Merchant Services, including VP of Client Solutions and VP of Global Merchant Services. In these roles, they were responsible for sales and revenue generation, managing sales teams, and providing solution expertise in areas such as ACH payments, mobile and loyalty platforms, scoring and analytics. Elaine also led the sales and support of payment solutions for Wal-Mart, Inc as the global team leader.

Elaine's career began at TeleCheck, where they served as the Director of National Accounts. Elaine led a team of Relationship and Account Managers, managing national clients and driving revenue growth, retention, and profitability. Elaine had a successful tenure at TeleCheck, contributing to annual revenues of over $100 million.

Elaine Burks completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business/Managerial Economics at Stephen F. Austin State University from 1982 to 1986.
