Jorge Piédrola has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jorge currently serves as the Head of EMEA Customer Care and Field Services at Ingenico since 2022. Before that, they were the Head of Operations Iberia at Ingenico from January 2022 to May 2023.

Jorge also worked at Ericsson as a Supply and Support Transformation Engineer for the Global Center, and at Siemens PLM Software as a Test and Verification Engineer.

Jorge Piédrola completed their undergraduate education in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Electronics from Universidad Pontificia Comillas from 1993 to 1999. Jorge later pursued a Master's degree in Renewable Energy from Universidad Politecnica de Cataluña in 2004. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained a certification in Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in January 2009.
