Mihaela Andronic has had a diverse work experience in various leadership and HR roles. Prior to their current position as Chief People Officer at Ingenico since 2023, they worked as an Independent Consultant from July 2021 to April 2023. From 2017 to 2020, they served as the Vice President Global HR at Wabtec Corporation. Before that, they held the position of Vice President HR and Internal Communication at Faiveley Transport from 2016 to 2017. Mihaela also worked as the Global Talent Management & Leadership Development Leader at WABCO from 2013 to 2015. Mihaela has a long history with Nokia, where they held multiple roles including Global Talent Development Director from 2009 to 2013, HR Leader EMEA Pre-sales from January 2009 to September 2009, Global HR Leader Fixed Access Division from 2007 to 2008, HR Director at Alcatel-Lucent South East Europe from 2006 to 2007, Program Director for Global Leadership Development from 2005 to 2007, and HR Director at Alcatel Romania from 2001 to 2005. Prior to their tenure at Nokia, they worked as a Management Consultant and Trainer at Consilum from 1996 to 2001, and as a Psychologist at the Special School for Deaf Children from 1995 to 1997.
Mihaela Andronic obtained a Master's degree in Psychology from West University of Timisoara in 1995. Currently, they are pursuing an Executive Doctorate in Organizational Change from Hult Ashridge since 2020. Mihaela has also obtained various certifications including Assessment of Learning Agility through Choices and ViaEdge from Korn Ferry International in 2011, Emotional Intelligence Assessment from MSCEIT in 2009, OPQ and Verify Psychometric tools from SHL in 2009, and 360 feedback and Development Centre Coaching from Personnel Decisions International (PDI) in 2002.
