Ronan Lohéac has extensive work experience in the engineering and technical support field. Ronan started their career at Thomson CSF as a Design Engineer and later became a Project Manager. In 1999, they became the Head of Crypto Chips Laboratory, where they managed a team of 11 people in developing cryptographic components for military and civilian use. In 2000, they joined Ingenico, where they held various roles including Chief Security Architect and Core ASIC Development Manager. Ronan was responsible for the development of secure System-on-a-Chip products and leading a team of 4 people and international subcontractors. Ronan also played a key role in harmonizing security approaches and solutions across the company. In their most recent role at Ingenico, they served as the Vice President of Engineering and Technical Support for North America.
Ronan Lohéac completed their M.Sc. in Electronics, Telecommunications, and Computer Science from ESME between 1988 and 1994. In 2001, they received the CISSP Certified Information System Security Professional degree in IT security from ISC2.
