Victor Urbaneja Sanchez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Victor began their career at HP in 1999 as a Service Delivery Project Manager and later worked as a Tools & Processes Engineer. From 2000 to 2007, they held various positions at Alcatel-Lucent, including Supply Chain Integration Manager and Supply Chain Customer Operation Manager for Spain and Portugal. Victor then joined Fujitsu Technology Solutions as the Head of Supply Chain and later became a Supply Chain Senior Manager. In 2011, Victor joined Ingenico as the Chief Operation Officer for Spain and Portugal, overseeing various business functions. Victor subsequently served as the Western Europe Head of Operations, Global Head of Customer Services, and Transformation Program Leader for the "All as a Service" initiative. Currently, they hold the position of Global Head of MANAGE Solutions & Digital Experience at Ingenico.
Victor Urbaneja Sanchez has a diverse education history. Victor obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Esade in 2009. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Industrial Engineering at Universidad Pontificia Comillas from 1993 to 1999. In 2004, they earned a degree in Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, specializing in Renewable Energy.
In addition to their formal education, Victor has obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include certifications in User Experience Design, Project Management, Artificial Intelligence, and more. Victor has also received certifications in various recreational activities such as boating and diving.
