Yann Merceron

Yann Merceron has extensive work experience in quality management and operations. Yann worked at Ingenico as Head of Global Solution Delivery & Business Support, overseeing quality management in various areas including R&D, supplier management, manufacturing, and field operations. Prior to their role at Ingenico, they worked at Sierra Wireless as EMEA Operations Director, where they managed purchasing, logistics, quality, industrialization, customer support, and sales operations for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. Yann also held roles as Quality Director and Industrial Engineering Manager at Sierra Wireless.

Yann Merceron completed a DESS degree in Quality, Innovation, and Reliability from Polytech Angers - Engineering school of the University of Angers from 1990 to 1993. In addition, they also obtained a DESS degree in Organization and Quality Management from ESSCA in 1992-1993.
